CONTRATO DE ALQUILER Y RENUNCIA DE RESPONSABILIDAD ESTE CONTRATO DE ALQUILER Y RENUNCIA DE RESPONSABILIDAD (este "Convenio ”) se celebra entre la persona que presenta la Reserva (en adelante “Cliente ”) y Mango Beach Baby Rentals, SRL (“Mango ”) a partir de la fecha en que el Cliente envía su pedido (“Reserva ”) (dicha fecha, el “Fecha efectiva ”) y se aplica a todo el equipo de alquiler seleccionado por el Cliente como parte de su Reserva (el “Equipo ”). El Cliente reconoce y acepta que si el Cliente llega tarde, pierde la hora de regreso programada o no está disponible para reunirse con un representante de Mango a la hora acordada, se le puede cobrar al Cliente una tarifa de envío de $25. El Cliente acepta seleccionar un horario disponible para la recogida de devolución en el que el Cliente estará disponible para reunirse cara a cara con un representante de Mango. Es responsabilidad del Cliente estar disponible a la hora y en el lugar acordados para la recogida de la devolución. La cobertura del seguro finaliza a la hora de regreso designada que figura en la Reserva. El equipo que no se devuelva en el tiempo designado dejará de estar cubierto por el seguro en ese momento. For Guanacaste customers, Pick Up and Drop Offs are FREE at our store during business hours in Pueblito Norte, Playas del Coco. For a nominal fee, we can also deliver to your hotel or vacation rental if it is within our delivery area. At this time, we charge the following each way . While we wish we could honor specific color requests, we are unable to guarantee a particular color choice and the color of the equipment you receive may vary from the photographs on our website. CAN I LEAVE THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT WITH THE BELL STAND AT NIGHT? We ask that you maintain possession in a secure location of all rental equipment when not in use. Please do not store it with the bell stand. Rental equipment found at a bell stand may be considered abandoned and insurance does not cover rental items left overnight for daily storage with bell stands or luggage desks. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? For orders cancelled 21 or more days before the scheduled delivery date, we will issue a full refund. For cancellations between 14-20 days, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations between 7-13 days, a 25% refund will be issued. Accidents happen and we are more than happy to replace the equipment if your child has an accident (inventory permitting). Due to the extra cleaning procedures needed to return the item to normal use, a $25 exchange and cleaning fee will be assessed. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED? If your rental equipment is lost or stolen, contact your resort/hotel security (if applicable) and the local police to obtain a police report. You will be responsible for the cost of replacement for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment. WHAT CAN I DO TO LESSEN THE CHANCES OF MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT GETTING LOST OR STOLEN? For strollers, always lock the brake on the stroller when not in use and do not leave valuables in it unattended. Please do not remove a wheel from a stroller. This will put undue stress on the brake assembly and may cause cracking or breakage of the brake assembly. For all other equipment, it is recommended you do not leave it unattended. Although Costa Rica is a very safe country, opportunistic crimes such as thefts of unattended equipment do occur from time to time. You will be responsible for the cost of replacement for any lost or stolen equipment (subject to the terms and conditions of the optional rental insurance, if purchased).
