Mango rimane l'unico proprietario di tutte le attrezzature. Mango non offre in vendita e il Cliente non acquista l'Attrezzatura. Il Cliente riconosce che l'Attrezzatura sarà solo per uso personale. Inviando la sua Prenotazione, il Cliente riconosce di aver letto, compreso e di accettare i termini indicati di seguito: PRENOTAZIONI E PAGAMENTO ATTREZZATURE La Prenotazione del Cliente è qui incorporata per riferimento. Il pagamento è dovuto al momento dell'effettuazione della Prenotazione utilizzando uno dei metodi di pagamento di volta in volta offerti da Mango. Il Cliente accetta di consentire a Mango di apportare modifiche, aggiustamenti e aggiunte alle forme di pagamento ai fini dell'accredito, del rimborso e dell'addebito di qualsiasi servizio o tariffa associata alla Prenotazione del Cliente. Il Cliente riconosce e comprende che le procedure di consegna possono variare in base alla località scelta. L'ora e il luogo esatti di consegna saranno comunicati via e-mail al Cliente. Se il Cliente non è sicuro del luogo di consegna, il Cliente accetta di contattare Mango per chiarire. Il Cliente comprende che i prezzi delle apparecchiature si basano sugli indirizzi nelle immediate vicinanze di Playas del Coco/Playa Hermosa. Al momento, gli indirizzi al di fuori di quest'area non sono serviti da Mango; tuttavia, Mango consegnerà e ritirerà all'aeroporto della Liberia per un costo aggiuntivo di $ 25 per viaggio; $ 50 sia per la consegna che per il ritiro. Il Cliente riconosce inoltre e accetta che durante i periodi di condizioni meteorologiche estreme, le consegne e/o i ritiri possono essere temporaneamente sospesi per la sicurezza del personale addetto alle consegne fino al momento in cui non sia ritenuto sicuro dalla direzione continuare le operazioni (le condizioni meteorologiche estreme possono includere, ma è non limitato a: forti piogge, tempeste/uragani tropicali, avvisi di tornado, venti superiori a 25 mph). Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che qualsiasi difetto dell'Attrezzatura deve essere segnalato a Mango entro sei (6) ore dalla consegna, altrimenti il Cliente accetta il possesso dell'Attrezzatura "COSÌ COM'È" ed è responsabile dei costi associati a eventuali difetti al momento della restituzione a Mango . Il Cliente dichiara e garantisce di aver fatto ogni sforzo per verificare che i luoghi di consegna e restituzione desiderati si trovino all'interno dell'area di consegna indicata servita da Mango. Il Cliente accetta che la sua Prenotazione possa essere modificata o cancellata in qualsiasi momento a discrezione di Mango se si trova nell'area di consegna di Mango. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che la sua Prenotazione può essere modificata o cancellata a discrezione di Mango se Mango ritiene che l'hotel, il resort o la casa di vacanza desiderati rappresenti un problema di salute o sicurezza. Il Cliente si impegna a mantenere il possesso dell'Attrezzatura per tutto il periodo di noleggio. L'attrezzatura deve essere conservata in un luogo sicuro e protetto quando non viene utilizzata. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che qualsiasi sostituzione dell'Attrezzatura dovuta all'uso da parte del Cliente che includerà, a titolo esemplificativo: passeggino lasciato sotto la pioggia, vomito del bambino, pannolino che perde o altri fluidi corporei, comporterà una tassa di cambio e pulizia di $ 25. RESTITUZIONE DELL'ATTREZZATURA Il Cliente accetta di contattare telefonicamente Mango almeno due (2) ore prima dell'orario concordato per il ritiro della restituzione se il Cliente non è in grado di incontrare un rappresentante di Mango. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che se il Cliente è in ritardo, perde l'orario di restituzione programmato o non è altrimenti disponibile per incontrare un rappresentante di Mango all'orario concordato, al Cliente potrebbe essere addebitata una commissione di spedizione di $ 25. Il Cliente accetta di selezionare un orario disponibile per il ritiro del reso in cui il Cliente sarà disponibile per incontrare un rappresentante di Mango faccia a faccia. È responsabilità del Cliente essere disponibile all'ora e nel luogo concordati per il ritiro del reso. Il Cliente è consapevole che qualsiasi Attrezzatura restituita o abbandonata in un luogo al di fuori dell'area di consegna dichiarata da Mango può comportare una commissione di recupero di $ 125. Se il Cliente ha viaggiato al di fuori dell'area di consegna/ritiro di Mango e non è in grado di restituire, è responsabilità del Cliente assicurarsi che tutta l'Attrezzatura venga restituita a Mango alla data e all'ora di restituzione originali tramite taxi, servizi di condivisione della corsa o corriere. Tutti gli addebiti per tale restituzione saranno di esclusiva responsabilità del Cliente. Se il Cliente desidera prolungare il periodo di noleggio, il Cliente deve contattare Mango almeno ventiquattro (24) ore prima dell'orario di restituzione concordato per determinare la disponibilità. Mango può, a sua esclusiva discrezione, concedere o negare una proroga richiesta. Mango si riserva il diritto di addebitare sulla carta del Cliente e il Cliente approva tale addebito per l'importo giornaliero del noleggio per ciascun articolo di Attrezzatura per ogni giorno aggiuntivo o frazione di giorno in cui l'Attrezzatura viene tenuta dal Cliente, indipendentemente dal fatto che tale l'estensione è stata approvata o meno da Mango. DANNI E PERDITE ATTREZZATURE Il Cliente si assume la piena responsabilità per la cura dell'Attrezzatura durante il periodo di noleggio. Oltre ai canoni giornalieri di noleggio, il Cliente riconosce e accetta di essere responsabile, e con la presente autorizza Mango ad addebitare il suo metodo di pagamento in archivio, per l'intero valore di sostituzione di tutte le Attrezzature noleggiate ai sensi del presente Accordo che non vengono restituite a Mango entro venti quattro (24) ore dalla fine del periodo di noleggio. Nel caso in cui l'Attrezzatura venga recuperata intatta dopo che il Cliente è stato addebitato in conformità con la frase precedente, al Cliente verrà emesso un rimborso completo dell'addebito di sostituzione, al netto di eventuali spese di transazione associate, una commissione di recupero di $ 125 e l'addebito giornaliero per l'estensione noleggio. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che tale addebito sarà valido e non potrà contestare tale addebito con la società emittente della carta di credito o la banca. Il Cliente si impegna a restituire l'Attrezzatura nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata consegnata e a denunciare immediatamente a Mango qualsiasi perdita, furto, danneggiamento o distruzione dell'Attrezzatura. Il Cliente autorizza Mango ad addebitare il metodo di pagamento del Cliente in archivio per la riparazione o, se la riparazione non è fattibile, il costo di sostituzione dell'Attrezzatura restituita a Mango con difetti o danni. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che tale addebito sarà valido e non potrà contestare tale addebito con la società emittente della carta di credito o la banca. RINUNCIA A RESPONSABILITA' Accettando e utilizzando l'Attrezzatura, il Cliente per conto proprio e di ciascun utente dell'Attrezzatura, riconosce e accetta che tale uso è a proprio rischio. Mango non rilascia alcuna dichiarazione o garanzia in relazione all'Attrezzatura e Mango declina espressamente tutte le garanzie, esplicite o implicite. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che Mango non è il produttore di tali apparecchiature e il Cliente dovrebbe rivedere il manuale del proprietario per ciascuna apparecchiatura sul sito Web del produttore per assicurarsi che il Cliente lo utilizzi in modo appropriato. Mango ei suoi dipendenti, proprietari e affiliati non sono responsabili per incidenti, lesioni o danni causati direttamente o indirettamente dall'uso o dall'uso improprio dell'Apparecchiatura. Il presente Accordo è regolato dalle leggi del Costa Rica. TERMINI E CONDIZIONI DI ASSICURAZIONE FACOLTATIVA L'assicurazione che copre furto, distruzione o danni accidentali è disponibile per l'acquisto prima del perfezionamento della Prenotazione e fino a ventiquattro (24) ore prima di prendere possesso dell'Attrezzatura. Il Cliente riconosce che gli è stata offerta l'opportunità di acquistare un'assicurazione per coprire il furto, il danneggiamento o la distruzione degli articoli noleggiati. L'assicurazione non è disponibile per l'acquisto una volta che l'Attrezzatura è in possesso del Cliente. È responsabilità esclusiva del Cliente determinare se desidera acquistare l'assicurazione aggiuntiva o rinunciare al proprio diritto a farlo. Nella misura in cui il Cliente sceglie di acquistare la copertura assicurativa facoltativa, tale assicurazione si applicherà solo all'Attrezzatura nella Prenotazione applicabile per la quale è stata acquistata l'assicurazione. La copertura assicurativa non è trasferibile ed è in vigore ed esecutiva solo durante il periodo di noleggio. Il Cliente perderà qualsiasi pretesa a beneficio dell'assicurazione acquistata se il Cliente cede il controllo o il possesso dell'Attrezzatura in qualsiasi momento a qualsiasi individuo che non fa parte dell'Accordo originale. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che, in nessun momento, alcuna dichiarazione rilasciata dal personale Mango o inteso dal Cliente che la responsabilità del Cliente per l'Attrezzatura sia stata sciolta in assenza dell'acquisto dell'assicurazione. Nella misura in cui il Cliente sceglie di acquistare un'assicurazione, il Cliente riconosce e accetta che le seguenti circostanze renderanno l'assicurazione nulla e senza effetto: Frode del cliente per natura di falsa dichiarazione; Il Cliente abbandona l'Attrezzatura durante il corso o al termine del periodo di noleggio; Il Cliente smonta o rimuove dall'Apparecchiatura parti che non devono essere rimosse nell'ambito del suo normale funzionamento; Il Cliente utilizza l'Attrezzatura per scopi diversi dallo scopo previsto; Il Cliente non comunica le modifiche ai luoghi di consegna o ritiro concordati; Il cliente non notifica a Mango entro due (2) ore dalla scoperta dello smarrimento o del furto dell'oggetto; e/o Il cliente non presenta una denuncia di smarrimento/furto di oggetto alla polizia locale e alla direzione del resort, hotel o casa di vacanza in cui si è verificata la perdita entro due (2) ore dalla scoperta dello smarrimento o del furto dell'oggetto._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ Il Cliente riconosce e accetta che l'assicurazione non copre i seguenti casi: Attrezzatura abbandonata, dimenticata o comunque abbandonata nel corso del periodo di noleggio; Attrezzatura lasciata non protetta in un resort, hotel o casa di vacanza; Danni arrecati all'attrezzatura o ai beni del Cliente o di altri; Danni o scolorimento del tessuto dell'Attrezzatura a causa dell'applicazione di creme solari, lozioni o spray solari; Segni di pennarello o penna sull'Apparecchiatura; Perdita di spallacci, spallacci, cinture di sicurezza e/o di qualsiasi attrezzatura di aggancio; e/o Perdita di coperture o accessori per apparecchiature. La copertura assicurativa termina all'orario di ritorno designato indicato nella Prenotazione. Le apparecchiature non restituite entro il termine stabilito cesseranno di essere coperte dall'assicurazione in tale momento. Nota: l'assicurazione non copre la sostituzione dell'attrezzatura dovuta a vomito o altri fluidi corporei. L'assicurazione non copre la sostituzione dei passeggini bagnati causati dalla pioggia o da altri incidenti al di fuori del controllo di Mango. Nel caso in cui il Cliente sospetti il furto dell'Apparecchiatura, il Cliente deve denunciare tale sospetto furto al dipartimento di polizia locale e a Mango entro due (2) ore e fornire una copia di tale denuncia a Mango. Qualsiasi incidente non segnalato in modo tempestivo annullerà qualsiasi assicurazione acquistata per l'Attrezzatura.

At this time, most deliveries and pick ups will need to be made in person with a representative of Mango Baby. For Guanacaste customers, Pick Up and Drop Offs are FREE at our store during business hours in Pueblito Norte, Playas del Coco. For a nominal fee, we can also deliver to your hotel or vacation rental if it is within our delivery area. At this time, we charge the following each way . We've used photographs that offer the highest level of detail so our guests can see all of the great features our rental equipment has to offer. We purchase colors and fabrics that hold up best in the Costa Rica sun. While we wish we could honor specific color requests, we are unable to guarantee a particular color choice and the color of the equipment you receive may vary from the photographs on our website. CAN I LEAVE THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT WITH THE BELL STAND AT NIGHT? We ask that you maintain possession in a secure location of all rental equipment when not in use. Please do not store it with the bell stand. Rental equipment found at a bell stand may be considered abandoned and insurance does not cover rental items left overnight for daily storage with bell stands or luggage desks. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? For orders cancelled 21 or more days before the scheduled delivery date, we will issue a full refund. For cancellations between 14-20 days, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations between 7-13 days, a 25% refund will be issued. Our website is setup to accommodate multiple items in an order. WHO HANDLES YOUR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS? IS IT SAFE TO ORDER THROUGH YOUR SITE? We use PayPal as our credit card processor, a leader in the merchant services field. Your credit card number will not be visible to us and all information is securely encrypted when being transmitted. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED? Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT? Give us a call and we will make every effort to resolve any issue immediately so you can get back to enjoying your vacation! WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD GETS SICK OR HAS AN ACCIDENT ON THE STROLLER/PLAY YARD/CARSEAT? Accidents happen and we are more than happy to replace the equipment if your child has an accident (inventory permitting). Due to the extra cleaning procedures needed to return the item to normal use, a $25 exchange and cleaning fee will be assessed. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED? If your rental equipment is lost or stolen, contact your resort/hotel security (if applicable) and the local police to obtain a police report. You will be responsible for the cost of replacement for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment. WHAT CAN I DO TO LESSEN THE CHANCES OF MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT GETTING LOST OR STOLEN? For strollers, always lock the brake on the stroller when not in use and do not leave valuables in it unattended. Please do not remove a wheel from a stroller. This will put undue stress on the brake assembly and may cause cracking or breakage of the brake assembly. For all other equipment, it is recommended you do not leave it unattended. Although Costa Rica is a very safe country, opportunistic crimes such as thefts of unattended equipment do occur from time to time. You will be responsible for the cost of replacement for any lost or stolen equipment (subject to the terms and conditions of the optional rental insurance, if purchased).
