UNSERE GESCHICHTE Während der Pandemie kämpften wir wie viele Familien mit den wachsenden Schmerzen, rund um die Uhr unter einem Dach festzusitzen, Arbeit, Schule und die Geburt eines dritten Kindes unter einen Hut zu bringen. Als sich die Schul- und Arbeitspläne jedoch wieder normalisierten, fragten wir uns wirklich, ob das für uns bis zur Pensionierung reichte. Anfang 2022 nutzten wir den amerikanischen Wohnungsmarkt und beschlossen, unser Haus und unsere Fahrzeuge zu verkaufen, unsere Stellen im Unternehmen zu kündigen und ein selbst finanziertes Sabbatical nach Costa Rica zu nehmen. Wir haben uns verpflichtet, mindestens ein Jahr hier zu bleiben, haben uns aber sofort in die Menschen und die Schönheit dieses erstaunlichen Landes verliebt und beschlossen, dies zu unserem Zuhause zu machen.
